Born and raised in Northern Italy, William studied art and virtual design at the prestigious European Institute of Design in Turin.
From an early age, he developed a passion for visual storytelling, which led him to pursue further studies in directing and filmmaking at the renowned New York Film Academy in Manhattan, one of the most esteemed institutions in the world for film education.
After honing his storytelling skills through imagery, William had the opportunity to work in Milan as a director for some of the most iconic international fashion brands, including Dolce&Gabbana, Salvatore Ferragamo, Marina Rinaldi, Bally, Gucci, Selected, Hugo Boss, L’Officiel, and Replay.
These experiences allowed him to craft a unique aesthetic that captures the essence of luxury and elegance. Throughout his career, William has directed short films featuring world-renowned stars such as Gerard Butler, Scarlett Johansson, Ethan Peck, Monica Bellucci, Bianca Balti, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Kylie Minogue.
Each project allowed him to explore new forms of visual expression, blending glamour, emotion, and compelling storytelling.
Today, William is a well-established director specializing in TV and web commercials. He collaborates with numerous production companies, creating high-profile campaigns for leading brands such as Fiat, Sky, Samsung, McDonald’s, Ac Milan, Ferrero, and many others.
In addition to his work as a director, William founded his creative video studio, Sedici:9.
This studio offers various services, including concept development, idea generation, storytelling, and comedy advertising production. Sedici:9 stands out for its ability to merge creativity, innovation, and a strong sense of humor, meeting the evolving demands of an increasingly diverse and sophisticated clientele.
